All in all, it was ideal place for travelling to Charleston. Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the impeccably clean and huge room with comfortable beds. The location was central and next to a college and a chapel. Everything was simply very comfortable.

Quaint place with huge and authentic rooms. Magnificent and amazing location quite a walk from Td Arena. Located walk from bars and cafés. Lots of different cafés and bars to eat outside the hotel.

The value for money at this quaint Southern inn was excellent. The room I stayed in on the top floor was spacious and filled with natural light. The location was perfect, on a quiet block but still within walking distance to all the best restaurants and sights in town. The staff at Barksdale House Inn were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable.

We had a very nice stay that met expectations, will be back. Everything was perfect, the parking was on site, the room was spotless and authentic. The location of the hotel was comfy and incredible - not very far from a massive aquarium. Visited few places in the center, not too far away from the property.
